At Veevano, we’re committed to delivering your favorite products quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

a) Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $75

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

b) International Shipping (If applicable)

  • We currently ship to selected countries outside the U.S.
  • International delivery times may vary between 7–15 business days.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your Veevano account.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, please contact our support team at Contact@veevano.com.
  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, reach out within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; Veevano is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Multiple Shipments

For larger orders or when items are stored in different warehouses, your products may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas.
  • Hazardous materials or items with shipping restrictions will be clearly marked on product pages.
