At Veevano, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the process simple and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. These restrictions will be indicated on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at Contact@veevano.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care, hygiene, or skincare products
  • Perishable and consumable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
